Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (clinical or administrative concentration preferred).
• Eligible for or currently licensed as an LCSW-C.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and office management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to manage databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience with intergovernmental agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate program needs and work independently while collaborating as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Director of Family Life Education and the Family Life Education Program.
• Collaborate with Compliance and HR Department.
• Maintain a caseload of 2-3 cases.
• All other duties as assigned.
