Job summary

Colorado Department of Revenue is seeking a Licensing Coordinator in the Division of Gaming to oversee licensing and regulatory tasks, including applications, renewals, verifications, and training. The role requires strong decision-making and organizational skills to handle sensitive information and multiple tasks.

The incumbent will provide guidance, develop training materials, and ensure compliance across processes while maintaining effective stakeholder communications and procedures.

Qualifications

• Six years of high-level administrative support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple licensing tasks, including regulatory processes and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage licensing processes and follow up on incomplete applications.
• Perform denials tracking, fingerprint retrieval, and verifications for tribal tax and licenses.
• Enter requisitions, process AVC payments, and support Commission days.
• Develop training materials and provide training for licensing staff; update procedures.
• Back up for processing applications including front counter.
