The Licensing Unit is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join their team. This position involves overseeing and coordinating a variety of licensing and regulatory tasks related to business applications, renewals, verifications, compliance and training. The role requires a high level of decision-making, analysis, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple complex tasks and handle sensitive information. The incumbent plays a key supportive role within the team by offering guidance, training, and procedural updates.

Experience Only:
Six (6) years of relevant experience in higher level administrative support in professional office setting, demonstrating high level decision making and multitasking.
Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in higher level administrative support in professional office setting, demonstrating high level decision making and multitasking equal to six (6) years.
