Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Licensing Analyst in Brentwood, Tennessee to manage licensing compliance for a major retail client.

You will oversee licensing administration, renewals, and reporting, acting as a liaison with government agencies and internal teams to ensure timely processing and proper documentation. The role requires coordinating with external contacts, verifying data accuracy, and responding to inquiries about status, violations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a corporate environment or Licensing/Compliance position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or suitable combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage third-party licensing administration and oversee business license renewals and reporting processes to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, government agencies, and third-party licensing administrators to facilitate timely processing and document retention.
• Verify and collect licensing data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Respond to licensing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding status updates, violations, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor licensing activities to prevent compliance issues and support transfer of licensing information among relevant parties.
