Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and one year of general clerical experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or a Paralegal/associates degree may substitute for the required experience.
• A Paralegal Certificate may substitute the required work experience.

Responsabilités

• Issue licenses (business and marriage) and collect related fees.
• Perform civil/marriage ceremonies by appointment.
• Swear in notaries and authenticate notary signatures.
