Responsibilities

• Support Mayo Clinic Business Development mission through licensing of Mayo Intellectual Property.
• Advance workflows and processes and develop analyses, market research, and business plans for licensing technologies.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Technology Development, and Legal teams across Mayo clinics.
• Identify commercial potential and negotiate license terms with external partners to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Facilitate invention disclosures and IP development, including prior art analyses and landscape assessments.
