You will manage licensing, brand partnerships, and retail initiatives, including Amazon storefront presentations and eCommerce workflows. Strong communication and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a licensing associate with 2 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for our client in the entertainment & media industry. This role is hybrid in New York, NY 2 days in office 3 days work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage retail placement initiatives, ensuring licensees provide accurate and timely information.
• Manage and coordinate retail product placements, ensuring licensees provide accurate and timely information to support execution.
• Support the end-to-end process for strategic retail initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and approvals in partnership with internal teams.
• Oversee product placement and brand presentation for the client's Amazon storefront, partnering with cross-functional teams and the Retail Development lead to drive execution and performance.
• Manage marketing and product approval workflows for the client's eCommerce store (Snow Commerce) while supporting the development of presentation materials for live brand activations and experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience in licensing, brand management, or a related business function, with a strong understanding of retail operations, product development, merchandising, and sales strategy. Experience working with Amazon is a plus.
• Understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media strategy, influencer partnerships, and campaign execution.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in retail, licensing, or marketing project management

Employment Type: 3 month contract

Compensation: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
