Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative. This remote role, employed through RemoFirst in Colombia, supports our data integrity for HOAIC systems and interacts with agencies.

You will enter and review agency data, coordinate with Licensing, Compliance and Sales to obtain missing information, and handle routine account changes and login resets. The position requires a high school diploma, English fluency, and strong data-entry skills; prior experience is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Data entry and administrative support experience a plus.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Knowledge of common address and phone number templates used in the United States and ability to recognize incorrect data. (Preferably)
• Ability to communicate with agents and agency reps via telephone and/or email.
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

Responsibilities

• Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems.
• Collaborate with the Licensing, Compliance and Sales teams to ensure missing information is obtained from agencies/agents.
• Additional administrative duties as needed including account changes and login reset support.
