The Secretary of State’s Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Board is seeking a Licensing Analyst 1 in Georgia. Under supervision, the analyst compiles and reviews licensure and examination applications as they are received by the board office.

This hybrid position offers three days in the office and two days from home per week, with emphasis on timely processing and clear communication to applicants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in an office setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of statutory or regulatory requirements (or ability to learn and apply).

Responsabilités

• Review applications within seven business days of receipt.
• Prepare and send correspondence identifying deficiencies or requesting information.
• Acknowledge receipt of complaints within seven business days and request additional information.
• Conduct research to support reports and projects.
• Provide information regarding licensees/applicants as requested by the Board.
• Identify potential improvements to the application process and propose changes.
• Process name and address changes within five business days.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
