Job summary

Senior Services of North America, Inc. in Uniondale, NY, seeks a Sales Agent Engagement Specialist to grow its network of insurance agents. You will connect with aspiring agents, guide them through onboarding and contracting, and help them launch their careers with SSNA.

You will become an expert in agent contracting and carrier requirements while collaborating with agents, agencies, sales leaders, and internal teams to create a seamless, positive experience that helps agents succeed.

Qualifications

• Outbound calls and lead generation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Basic computer skills (typing, MS Office).
• Local onsite requirement in Uniondale NY; no relocation aid.
• Training provided for those without an insurance background.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Insurance agents: Actively seek out new agents to join the team and engage existing ones to foster a positive working relationship.
• Business growth: Work closely with agents to help them grow their business with SSNA
• Team collaboration: Collaborate effectively with a close-knit team of mentors within the department to achieve common goals.
• Continuous learning: Continually learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques in the field of marketing.
