Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of telephone etiquette and customer service.
• Ability to learn and differentiate among various types of insurance information.
• Effective time organization and management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with others.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound phone calls.
• Backup to Front Desk operations.
• Perform administrative tasks including sorting and filing, creating files for new applications, answering the phone, and taking messages.
• Mail processing and document scanning.
• Review and process new and renewal applications for licensing candidates; communicate with applicants to obtain information.
