Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a licensed youth mobile crisis therapist for the afternoon shift to serve Trumbull County, Ohio. The position is based in Warren, OH and involves crisis assessment, intervention, and follow-up care.

You will work with a team of counselors and social workers to provide safety planning and linkage to services, traveling throughout the county to support youth and families in crisis. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience;

Qualifications

• LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW required.
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
• 2 years experience working in the behavioral healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated crisis counselor for youth and families in crisis.
• Travel throughout assigned county to provide crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow up care.
• Provide brief intervention along with ongoing assessment and linkage to services and needs up to 6 weeks.
• Work together with a team of counselors/social workers, case managers, peer support specialist and the Director to provide prevention, sustainability, and reduce trauma in youth and their family members
