Qualifications

• HS Degree or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of basic construction techniques and building materials.
• Knowledge of construction terminology.
• OSHA regulations and safe work practices awareness.
• Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality.
• Initiative; ability to work independently.
• Flexibility; willingness to work variable schedules.
• Organizational skills for managing schedules and stocks.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 36 feet.
• Ability to work at heights up to 90 feet using a lift.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the jobsite for setup and tear down in a safe, efficient manner and leaves the site clean.
• Collaborates with installers to maximize efficiencies and maintain positive customer relations.
• Assesses hazards on site before starting work and addresses hazards as needed.
• Follows safety techniques and Andersen safety programs and training requirements.
• Provides general warehouse support and minor service-call assistance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
