Qualifications

• Georgia Class 1 Wastewater and a Class 2 Water Operators License, or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced experience in the operation and maintenance of a water & wastewater facilities
• Experience leading, coaching and supervising a team
• Proficient performing mathematical calculations associated with wastewater & water treatment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems and able to operate plant VFD’s and PLC’s

Responsibilities

• Oversee the treatment of water and wastewater with a team of operators and mechanics
• Lead the planning, organization, operations, maintenance and improvement of water and wastewater treatment facilities
• Manage project profitability, permit compliance, safety and quality, plus staff supervision and development
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships and travel to client sites as needed
