Job summary

Jacobs in Pampa, TX seeks a Licensed Surface Water & Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to lead daily operations, oversee compliance, and manage a 6 MGD surface water plant and 3 MGD wastewater plant. You’ll supervise certified operators, monitor performance, and ensure safety and budget adherence.

Travel up to 10% and active Texas Class B certifications are required; a degree or supervisory experience is preferred. Jacobs offers strong benefits, 401(k), stock, and PPTO.

Qualifications

• Texas Surface Water Treatment Class B Certification (or reciprocal)
• Texas Wastewater Treatment Class B Certification (or reciprocal)
• 5+ years progressive experience in water and wastewater treatment
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Valid State Driver's License with no major infractions

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of certified operators and oversee project operations.
• Manage project financials and safety performance.
• Ensure permit compliance and prepare required reports.
• Monitor and optimize plant performance and maintenance.
• Coordinate with client and team for effective project delivery.

5+ years water/wastewater experience

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate or bachelor's in Engineering/Environmental Science/Business Administration

3+ years supervisory experience
