U.S. Water Services Corporation seeks a Drinking Water Plant Operator to operate and maintain water treatment, processing, and testing equipment. The role requires monitoring instruments, adjusting chemical dosages, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

The operator will read gauges, perform field laboratory tests, and document observations in shift logs. Requires Iowa DNR License Grade 2 and prior maintenance experience, with strong attention to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa DNR Water Operator's License Grade 2 minimum.
• One year of experience relating to water collection or treatment systems.
• Ability to read gauges, dials and other instruments; interpret analyses.

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots water treatment equipment.
• Monitors gauges, meters, and controls; records data.
• Inspects and repairs pumps, valves, motors, and meters; maintains logs.
