Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a licensed LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a long‑term care facility. You will ensure care aligns with federal, state, and local standards and report to the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities include directing daily nursing operations, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, supervising staff, and documenting resident care. A Nursing Degree or LPN/LVN diploma with an active license is required.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure it reflects daily nursing procedures.
• Supervise staff, plan shifts, and participate in quality assurance programs.
• Chart and document resident care, including accident/incidents and discharge planning.
