Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Temecula, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. The role offers hourly pay with weekly payroll and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualified candidates must hold an LPN/LVN license for the state, have a current TB or Chest X-Ray, and a valid BLS card. One year of nursing experience is preferred. Benefits include health, dental, Vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
