Maxim Healthcare in Temecula, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in‑home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The role offers hourly pay of $30–$36 with weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package.

Hires must have CA LVN/LPN licensure, current TB or chest X‑ray, and a current BLS card. One year of nursing experience is preferred. Maxim emphasizes competitive pay, health/dental/vision coverage, HSA, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN/LPN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X‑ray current.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
