Job summary

Cibolo Creek Health & Rehabilitation in Boerne, TX is seeking a licensed vocational nurse to join our compassionate care team. Responsibilities include administering direct resident care, documenting treatments, and monitoring vitals for our residents in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

We offer 24–27 USD per hour for Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm shifts, generous PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, tuition

Qualifications

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
• Electronic Medical Record Experience required, PCC preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement community programs, policies and procedures.
• Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to supervisor and initiating corrective action.
• Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians’ orders and accurately record all care provided.
• Write detailed reports, maintaining precise charting, recording medications, observing symptoms, and taking vital signs.
