Qualifications
- Licensed LVN in Texas in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year LVN experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- EMR experience required; PCC experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to San Antonio, TX area.
Responsibilities
- Follow established nursing standards and implement community programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, report issues to supervisor and initiate corrective action.
- Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians' orders and record all care.
- Write detailed reports and maintain precise charting, recording medications, observing symptoms, and taking vital signs.
