ClearSky Health in Rockwall, TX is opening a new rehabilitation hospital and seeks an LVN to join our patient care team. You will deliver skilled nursing services under the supervision of an RN, support individualized care plans, and help maintain a safe, healing environment for patients with stroke, brain and spinal injuries, cardiac and orthopedic conditions.

Active LVN license in TX.
CPR certification required; ACLS & BLS preferred.
1+ year of LPN experience in acute care preferred.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. You’ll be expected to integrate our company values into your daily practice and uphold the highest standards of care. This position is ideal for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse who thrives in an inpatient hospital setting. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care.

Position Highlights at a Glance:

Caseload: ~7 patients
Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days
Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

What You’ll Need:

LVN License (State of TX)
CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
