Job summary

ClearSky Health in Flower Mloom, TX is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our inpatient care team. You will deliver skilled nursing services under RN supervision, follow physician orders, and support individualized care plans to ensure a safe and healing environment.

The role involves 12-hour shifts, a 3-day work week with rotating weekends/holidays and added pay. Relevant experience includes acute care, stroke and complex medical conditions, with opportunities for career

About the Role:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you’ll be a key contributor to our patient care team, delivering skilled nursing services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in alignment with physician orders. Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. Position Highlights at a Glance:

• Caseload: ~7 patients
• Average Patient Length of Stay: 10-14 days
• Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
• Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more
• Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

What You’ll Need:

• LPN License (State of Texas)
• CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
• 1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)

Physical Requirements

• A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions.
• Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs.
• Possible exposure to bodily fluids.
• Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care.
• Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard.
• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
