Woodlands Place is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our long-term care team. The LVN will provide nursing care, collect patient data, and report findings while supporting supervision of other staff.

Shifts are 12-hour 6a-6p for full-time. New wages offered: USD $28.00 - $31.00 per hour. Benefits include loan repayment and comprehensive coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Delivers nursing care to patients requiring care, collects patient data, makes observations and reports pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff members as needed

Duties & Responsibilities
