Job summary

Varco Home Health seeks a licensed vocational nurse to join the PRN team, delivering one-on-one in-home care and helping patients maintain independence and quality of life.

This role offers flexible, self-managed scheduling and field-based work in Saginaw and surrounding areas. A strong clinical background and reliable transportation are essential to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health or pediatric/home care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits per care plan.
• Perform vital signs, medications, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
