Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to deliver in-home, one-on-one care in Crowley, TX. This PRN role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on patients' quality of life.

You will perform skilled visits, monitor vitals, administer medications, and educate patients and caregivers. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required to serve Crowley, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).
