Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory oversight.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with member needs and local demographics.
• Monitor pricing and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.
• Oversee customer inquiries, maintain HIPAA and safety documentation, and ensure responsiveness.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists for product updates and actions.
