Job summary

One Medical’s Virtual Medical Team seeks a Physician Assistant to deliver world-class, evidence-based virtual care 24/7 in concert with primary care providers. This full-time, remote role supports patients across time zones with telehealth visits, triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.

You will join a mission-driven team focused on human-centered primary care, collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates and advancing care through technology and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in an accredited physician assistant program (MSPAS) and active NCCPA certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care or 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages.
• Licensed in AZ, CO, CA, OR, or WA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Shifts range from 12p-11p PST, 7a-6p PST, 6a-5p PST.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including calls, video visits, and email follow-ups.
• Learn continuously through Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate daily with virtual and in-office teammates via huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual patient care.
