Destination Pet LLC seeks a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to lead our diagnostic imaging services at partner hospitals in Porter and Humble, Texas. You will perform high-quality ultrasound scans, guide imaging workflows, and collaborate with veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Texas Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) state license.
• Experience with in-house ultrasonography and diagnostic imaging is preferred.
• Strong patient-care, communication, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead our diagnostic imaging services by utilizing in-house ultrasonography equipment.
• Perform abdominal and thoracic ultrasound scans with high-quality imaging.
• Support clinicians and maintain an organized imaging workflow.
• Participate in credentialing, precepting, and ladder-based growth opportunities.

Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.

You will primarily utilize your skills in: Advanced Diagnostics: Lead our in-house ultrasonography and imaging workflow. Perform high-quality abdominal and thoracic ultrasound scans, and assist our veterinary professionals with medical procedures. Growth & Schedule Growth Paths: Your career interests guide your path!
