Job summary

VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialists & Emergency Center in Fairfax, VA seeks an Overnight Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our 24/7 CritiCare team. You will provide high‑quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting, including anesthesia monitoring, radiography, venipuncture, and critical care support.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LVT credential and be in good standing.
• Experience monitoring anesthesia and performing radiography welcomed.
• Strong client communication and ability to multitask overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight patient care and monitoring in a busy ER/Specialty setting.
• Assist with anesthesia, radiography, venipuncture, and medication administration.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team; support triage and emergencies.

Are you a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) looking to make a real impact while advancing your skills in a busy emergency and specialty hospital? Our 24/7 CritiCare department is hiring for a full time Overnight Licensed Veterinary Technician.

VCA SouthPaws Veterinary Specialists & Emergency invites you to join our dedicated team, where you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional, cutting-edge medical care to our furry patients.

Schedule

Overnight - Thursday, Friday, Saturday 7pm - 8am.
