Job summary

Destination Pet LLC seeks a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join Town & Country Veterinary Hospital in San Antonio, TX. You will lead in-house ultrasound, radiography, and lab work to deliver high-quality diagnostics and support a patient‑first approach.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $33–$35, a $1,500 signing bonus, CE allowances, PTO, benefits, and a structured career ladder with leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Texas LVT license is required.
• Experience with abdominal and thoracic ultrasound preferred.
• Willing to work full‑time with weekend rotation.
• Strong diagnostic and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

Your Role – Clinical Driver & Leader

As a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient‑first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.

• Advanced Diagnostics: Lead our in‑house ultrasonography and imaging workflow. Perform high‑quality abdominal and thoracic ultrasound scans, high‑quality digital radiography, and in‑house lab analysis.
