Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department. This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will triage, place IV lines, perform advanced radiographs, monitor ventilator cases, and provide Level 2–3 inpatient care, collaborating with skilled technicians to deliver exceptional care.

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in good standing.

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department in Tukwila!

Schedule: Full‑Time or Swing

LVT Pay: $26.75 - $51.32/Hr

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system.

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.

• Shift differentials are based on a 4‑hour minimum.

As a Veterinary Technician, You Will

Continuing Education Plan and Benefits

Our Continuing Education Plan includes $500/year reimbursement for CVT and $750/year for VTS. The allowance can roll over up to $1,500 for CVT and VTS associates. Non‑credentialed full‑time paraprofessionals receive a $150 annual CE stipend. Full‑time CVT associates receive 8 hours of paid CE hours each year. Full‑time VTS associates receive 12 hours of paid CE hours each year. Paid CE hours can carry over year to year up to a maximum of 24 hours. Newly hired associates receive a pro‑rated amount of any CE benefit for which they are eligible.
