Sumner Veterinary Hospital, a full-service AAHA-accredited, 24-hour hospital in Sumner, WA, is seeking licensed veterinary technicians to join our experienced, collaborative team and fully utilize their clinical skills.

With 14 doctors, 11 LVTs, 33 assistants and 40 support staff, you will provide high-quality care across general practice and emergency medicine, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Licensed Veterinary Technician credential required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to hospitalized patients.
• Assist with surgery, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, diagnostics, and emergency care.

• Partner closely with veterinarians to provide high-quality patient care.
• Educate clients on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Contribute to an exceptional client experience while upholding the hospital's standards of care.

Our team provides General Practice, Emergency Care, Rehabilitation, Grooming, Lodging, Daycare, and Training, giving technicians the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine while continuing to grow professionally.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities are performed in accordance with Washington State regulations for Licensed Veterinary Technicians and may include:
