Wilton Animal Hospital is hiring a Certified Veterinary Technician to join our caring, team-oriented practice. This full-time position offers opportunities to work with a range of medical cases and surgery support.

Responsibilities

• Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
• Knowledge of preventative care and vaccines
• Induction, monitoring, and recovery of surgical patients
• Emergency and surgical care including IV catheter placement and intubation
• Obtaining diagnostics (radiographs, phlebotomy, in-house lab work)
• Professional, compassionate communication with clients and staff
• Accurate documentation of patient records and client interactions

What You’ll Do

• Safe and effective patient handling and restraint
