Job summary

Cat Care Clinic of Naples is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our feline-exclusive team. You will provide exceptional patient care, assist with medical procedures, and help deliver concierge-level service for clients and their cats in a calm, cat-only environment.

The ideal candidate has Florida LVT credentials, AVMA-accredited education, and VTNE/Florida Laws exam success. You will work hands-on with anesthesia, dental prophylaxis, radiography, and in-house lab work, while

Qualifications

• Active Florida Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential or eligible for licensure
• Graduate of AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Passed VTNE and Florida Laws & Rules Exam
• Proficient in feline anatomy, pharmacology, and disease processes
• Experience with anesthesia, IV catheterization, dental prophylaxis, and radiography
• Fear Free or Cat Friendly Practice training is a plus
• Strong communication skills and client-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform low-stress feline restraint and handling
• Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, dental procedures, and diagnostic workups
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments per protocol
• Conduct in-house lab work: blood chemistry, CBC, urinalysis, cytology
• Operate radiography, ultrasound, and anesthesia monitoring equipment
• Induce, monitor, and recover feline patients under anesthesia
• Place IV catheters and support critical care patients
• Maintain aseptic technique during surgery and sample collection
• Document all patient care in PIMS system
• Communicate treatment plans and post-care instructions with clients
• Mentor Junior staff members

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our feline-exclusive veterinary team. You'll provide exceptional patient care, assist with medical procedures, and help deliver a concierge-level experience for our clients and their cats. Physical Requirements
