Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CVT/RVT/LVT license required.
• 1+ years of veterinary hospital experience preferred.
• Must maintain valid certification/licensing and adhere to OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in examination, treatment, and monitoring of animals under a veterinarian.
• Prepare and analyze laboratory samples; operate equipment and record findings.
• Prepare surgical suites and assist during procedures; monitor anesthesia.
• Educate clients on wellness plans, nutrition, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical charting and hospital supplies.
• Handle reception duties: triage calls, scheduling, patient intake/discharge.
