Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and develop security personnel.
• Ensure all posts are properly staffed and covered.
• Conduct training and retraining of officers.
• Maintain client and company compliance standards.

• Address performance issues and provide coaching.
• Perform site inspections and security patrols.
• Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies.

Site Supervisor – Security Operations

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is seeking a professional, motivated, and dependable Site Supervisor to lead security operations and ensure contract compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. This position requires a hands‑on leader who can effectively manage personnel, communicate with clients, and maintain a professional security operation.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Requirements:

- Must have at least three years of supervisory experience.

- Must be flexible and available based on site needs.

- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally.

- Must demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience required
• Valid Texas Security Guard Card (TOPS II or TOPS III)
• Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to create and manage employee schedules
• Reliable transportation and active cellphone
• Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Prior military, law enforcement, or security experience preferred
