Job summary

Inner Parish Security Corporation in New Iberia, LA is seeking an Unarmed Supervisor with strong customer service and security skills. The role pays $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and daily access to earnings. Shifts are 5pm-5am or 5am-5pm, with training and uniform provided.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in security or related fields, supervisory experience, and the ability to pass a drug screen and a skills test. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in law enforcement, military or security with supervisory experience.
• Must pass drug screening and skills test.
• Must be 25+ and able to obtain the unarmed license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting for an Unarmed Supervisor with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team in New Iberia, LA !

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

paid every week! - We now have Daily Pay, where you can easily access your daily earnings on demand!

Shift Times:

5pm-5am

and 5am-5pm

Training and uniform will be provided to the right candidate.

This person will need to have the capacity to quickly learn and understand the day-to-day operations, implement new initiatives and technologies, work across departmental lines to complete projects, and ensure they exceed expectations. This position is a key position and will have to manage their tasks to ensure alignment with the company and client goals

You must meet the following requirements :

• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Ability to make sound decisions.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working with office equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Ability to drive a vehicle for business needs
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to pass a skills test
• Must be 25+
• Must be able to obtain the license required for the position (Unarmed)
• Ability to walk/stand for 12 hours without accommodations
• Clean criminal background
• Minimum of 2 years of law enforcement, military or security experience with one of those years being in a supervisory role
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, etc.
• A Security Officer must meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform Security Guard / Security Officer work.

Physical and Mental Job Requirements :

• A Security Officer must be able to drive a motor vehicle in the course of his/her duties if required.
• A Security Officer must be able to: Walk, Run, Stand, Climb, Sit.
• A Security Officer must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. waist high, if required.
• A Security Officer must be in good mental health and be able to make decisions instantly on the event of an emergency.
• A Security Officer must meet the physical and mental requirements of the state(s) to be licensed by the state to perform Security Guard / Security Officer work.
