Edwin's Landscaping & Tree Experts LLC in Catonsville, MD is seeking a Licensed Tree Sales Lead to combine arboriculture expertise with a customer-focused sales role. You will assess client needs on-site, present detailed tree service proposals, and guide clients through pruning, removal, and plant health care options.

The ideal candidate holds an ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent, has proven tree service sales experience, and excels at communication.

Qualifications

• ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification required.
• Proven experience in tree service sales, estimating, or arboricultural consulting.
• Strong knowledge of tree species identification, pruning standards, and removal techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site consultations to assess tree health, hazards, and client needs.
• Generate and present detailed tree service proposals including pruning, removal, and plant health care.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with field crews to ensure accurate job scoping and seamless service delivery.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
• Stay current on ISA standards, local tree ordinances, and best arboricultural practices.
• Follow up on leads, estimates, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
