Job summary

Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) seeks a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to provide school-based therapy in the Dubuque area, with outpatient and possible telehealth services. Immediate opening for therapists working with children, families, and individuals in a varied caseload.

The role offers opportunities for licensure supervision, clinical development, and a supportive team within a long-standing Iowa human services agency.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed in Iowa (temporary/provisional licenses encouraged to apply).
• Strong organization and time management skills; proficient with computer databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based therapy and counseling assessments.
• See clients in school and office-based settings when needed.
• Serve diverse populations: children, adults, couples, families.
• Develop individual treatment plans addressing behavioral and mental health needs.
• Manage case plan oversight and re-evaluate for best outcomes.
• Receive free clinical licensure supervision from Clinical Supervisors.
