Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota (LSS) is seeking a Clinical Therapist II to join a compassionate, mission-driven team. The role focuses on providing mental health services to children, teens, and families in an outpatient setting and in schools within the Sioux Empire United Way area.

Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a $600 sign-on bonus for external candidates, and a range of benefits including multiple medical plan options, 401(k) matching, and career development opportunities.

Formación

• Master’s degree required for Clinical Therapist II in counseling or social work.
• Licensed or certified in respective field (e.g., CSW, LPC) for II level.
• Evidence-based practice certification (FFT, EMDR, TF-CBT) is a plus.
• Must be able to pass agency tests and orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional mental health services in schools and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with schools to meet student needs in the Sioux Empire area.
• Transport materials to school locations and support families.
