Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Hospital in Luverne, AL seeks compassionate clinicians to work with adolescents in residential psychiatric care. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide families through care and discharge planning.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Master’s program in Social Work or Counseling, hold an unrestricted LMSW or LPC (preferred), and have at least one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience.

• Current unrestricted licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred)
• Minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience
• Passion for working with youth and families
• Commitment to completing CPR and Handle with Care Training within 30 days
