Job summary

Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a residential youth psychiatry team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and lead daily group therapy as part of a patient-centered approach.

You'll build family and community connections, guide discharge planning, and ensure follow-up care. The role requires licensure and a passion for helping youth and families in a hospital-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Current unrestricted licensure (LMSW or LPC preferred).
• Minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience.
• Passion for working with youth and families.
• Commitment to completing CPR and Handle with Care Training within 30 days.
