Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Health in Luverne, AL is seeking a qualified behavioral health professional to assess psychosocial needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and engage families in care for youth facing mental health challenges.

You will lead daily group therapy with adolescents, coordinate discharge planning, and connect patients with community resources to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling required.
• Current unrestricted LMSW or LPC licensure preferred.
• Minimum one year of hospital-based psychiatric experience required.
• CPR and Handle with Care Training to be completed within 30 days of hire.
