Job summary

Imind Health LLC is seeking a Licensed Therapist/Clinician to join the Child and Adolescent Services (MRSS) in Lanham, MD. The role focuses on mobile crisis response in schools and community settings and short-term stabilization up to 120 days, through therapy and care coordination.

Responsibilities include on-site assessments, crisis de-escalation, and coordination with families and schools. Maryland licensure and experience with youth are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Maryland license in good standing: LCPC, LGPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C.
• Experience providing clinical services to children/adolescents and families/caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate on-site assessment, de-escalation, safety planning, and clinical intervention for youth and families in crisis.
• Work as part of a two-person mobile team addressing mental/behavioral health and substance use–related crises.
• Communicate client needs and clinical recommendations to multidisciplinary staff and collaborate for coordinated responses.
• Maintain an active short-term stabilization caseload and provide weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments promptly and develop short-term stabilization plans with youth and families.
