Baptist Health Behavioral Health in Georgetown, Kentucky seeks aLicensed Therapist (LCSW or LPCC) to deliver psychosocial assessments and individual, family and group therapies. The role includes developing treatment plans with patients and families, and participating in performance improvement and ethical conduct.

The therapist will work with both telehealth and in-person visits, contributing to outpatient behavioral health services and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling; licensure as LCSW or LPCC.
• Knowledge of current counseling approaches.
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments and individual, family and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and privileged, provide initial patient assessment.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret performance data.
• Provide clinical supervision if qualified.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

Job Description

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

Therapist will see variety of ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW or current LPCC license).
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
