Baptist Health Georgetown in Kentucky seeks a licensed therapist (LCSW or LPCC) to provide psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies, developing treatment plans with patient/family participation. Telehealth and in-person visits are offered, with opportunities for clinical supervision if qualified.

The role emphasizes adherence to standards of care, confidentiality, and ethical practice, plus participation in performance improvement activities.

Formación

• Master's degree in social work or counselling
• Licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW) or LPCC
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling
• Knowledge of cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts

• Provide psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies meeting standards of care

SummaryJob Description:Behavioral Health - Georgetown, KYLicensed Therapist - LCSW or LPCCProvides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision.
