Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide clinical services via telehealth and in-person visits, delivering psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies per established standards of care.

The role will develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family input, participate in performance improvement activities, and may provide clinical supervision if qualified, upholding confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW or LPCC).
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling services.
• Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies in line with established standards of care and practice.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health, perform initial patient assessments when privileged.
• Maintain confidentiality, adhere to ethical conduct, and participate in performance improvement activities.

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

Therapist will see variety of ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW or current LPCC license).
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
