Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPCC) for Behavioral Health – Primary Care in Lawrenceburg. The role delivers psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies, developing and reassessing patient treatment plans with family involvement.

Depending on privileges, may conduct initial assessments and supervise others. Candidate must hold MSW or counseling degree and current licensure; knowledge of CBT concepts and clinical practices is essential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW or LPCC.
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess as needed.
• May provide initial patient assessment if outpatient Behavioral Health and privileged.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and interpret performance data.
• If qualified, provide clinical supervision.
• Participate in consultation, maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

Licensed Therapist - LCSW or LPCC

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

Therapist will see variety of ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW or current LPCC license).
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
