Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPCC) in Lawrenceburg, KY. You will provide clinical services including psychosocial assessments and individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care.

Develop and reassess treatment plans with patient/family participation, and contribute to performance improvement and ethical conduct. Telehealth and in-person care will be provided to a diverse age range.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling required.
• LCSW or LPCC licensure required.
• Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to counseling services.
• Knowledge of Cognitive/Behavioral therapy concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family participation.
• If outpatient and privileged, provide initial patient assessment.

Licensed Therapist - LCSW or LPCC

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

Therapist will see variety of ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW or current LPCC license).
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
